All fine, but mediocre experience

I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend at this hotel! The kitchen was well-equipped, and I loved the beautiful view from our room over the canal. Everything we needed was provided!

my recent stay at the hotel far exceeded my expectations after my last visit to honolulu. the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the central location was perfect for exploring. the staff were incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home throughout my trip.

air conditioning was quite loud

holiday surf was absolutely perfect for our family! the studio double was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. the laundry facilities were easy to use, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to eateries and shops. the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. we loved swimming through the coral reef with vibrant fish!

Parking came at a hefty cost of $30 a day, and if you didn't commit right away, it shot up to $50, which felt exploitative. The place definitely showed its age, with outdated furniture and decor that needed a serious facelift. The noise from traffic was louder than expected, disrupting the peace I hoped for. Cleaning services weren't daily, meaning I had to manage my towels and clutter more than I anticipated. Rooms could also be less than clean, with some corners looking like they hadn't seen a broom in a while.

would stay here again and again

The one-bedroom queen had a kitchenette with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The room was spacious with a nice dining area and outdoor furniture on the balcony. The cleaning staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed borrowing beach toys for the kid. Close walking distance to Waikiki beach made it easy for our family outings.

The air conditioning cooled well, but the street noise was unbearable all night.

Loved staying here with friends! We enjoyed amazing adventures like kayaking in Kaneohe Bay and visiting the Honolulu Zoo. The location is perfect—close to beautiful beaches and local eateries. Amenities were good, and the rooms were comfy. This place has it all for a fun group trip!

The only downside was that the street noise could be a bit disruptive at night for light sleepers, so keep that in mind if you need a quiet environment.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, beach access, and friendly staff. They helped me with parking during my first stay! I highly recommend it for a great experience. I’m coming back for a business trip.

I spent three nights here and loved the local ambiance! The staff truly made my stay special, offering beach gear and insider tips. The room had a cozy setup, perfect for preparing meals. Don’t miss the stunning sunsets from the nearby beach! Bring earplugs for added comfort.

Traffic noise from busy streets affected my sleep!!! Thin curtains let in bright lights, making it difficult to rest well!!! Air conditioning units are noisy and only partially effective!!!

Recommend it for Families

So, we had this unexpected delay and ended up crashing in this decent place. The staff were seriously nice, helped us drop off our bags early. Plus, we got a spacious room with a full kitchen, I mean, I cooked some killer meals in there, really made us feel at home! !

Yeah, it wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
